  NextGen Bar Exam: Setting Standards and Cut Scores (CCJ members encouraged to attend)
  Open Discussion:In July 2026, the NextGen bar exam is set to launch. In advance, state supreme courts will need to confront issues related to the new standards and determine their own passing score based upon the new scale established by the National Conference of Bar Examiners. This open discussion will provide an opportunity to consider the impending changes and challenges state courts will face in implementing the NextGen bar exam.
